is the youngest and 5th largest, PVC Heat Stabilizers, Metallic Stearates and Polymer Additives Company in India in terms of commissioned capacity and market share. RBS POLY came in the existence from the vision and concept of our Chairman Mr. Bajrang Kumar Gupta, a Chemical Engineer from IIT. We see ourselves to establish and pioneer as world class Polymer Additives Company worldwide.
Our Unique Selling Proposition (USP) is the strength & robustness of our parent organization M/s. Dollar Industries Ltd; a Rs.1500Cr + India’s Largest Hosiery manufacturing company (www.dollarglobal.in) and at the same time have the agility and flexibility to manage continuous, rapid and sustainable change that is prerequisite to this business. We also get hands-on IT and HR solutions from our own organization M/s. VHR Solution Pvt Ltd; (www.vhrsol.com) based in Bangalore. We deliver large volumes of high quality products at competitive prices and that with customized solutions.
Manufacturing Facility
Our state of art Manufacturing Facility is situated at Dahej Industrial estate, India’s most developed and largest industrial zone and reckoning force of economy of Gujarat. RBS POLY has a spread of 10,000 Square Meter. We can produce 25,000MT per annum comprising of One Pack Stabilizers, Metallic Stearates and Individual Additives. It is the only of its kind “Continuous process” facility instead of “Batch process”, thereby ensuring Consistency of Quality and reduction in Energy consumption. This has become only possible with the deep commitment of our highly Qualified and Motivated Technical Team and in house 24X7 R&D facilities coupled with robust process monitoring in place.
